We are glad to announce the new musical project of Svyatoslav Vakarchuk "Orangery" and his concert tour in the spring of 2021!
SVYATOSLAV VAKARCHUK: "In recent months we have been in a very active creative process: we are working on the album" Okean Elzy "and we have new music for more than one disc! Once, while working in the studio, I thought: why not while we are preparing a new album and a big OE tour, not to make a separate musical project and show you new songs the way we would play them in a big stadium, but as street musicians?
So the idea for my new project was born. We named it "Greenhouse".
In it Milos Jelic (keyboardist OE) and Denis Dudko (bass player OE) play acoustic guitars, Denis Glinin, our drummer, acoustic drums and percussion, I will play mellotron. We plan to add female vocals and, most likely, involve other musicians.
The Orangery concert program will include several new songs that I wrote for the future OE album.
And also, I would say, "home" versions of Ocean songs and other famous compositions that you have known for a long time, but have not yet heard.
The last year has created such conditions when we receive real energy not in large concert or entertainment arenas, but in a cozy circle of loved ones.
This is how we see this project in mood - an hour and a half of sincere musical conversations.

By the way, the place where the video was filmed gave the name of the project - "Orangerie". You know, when it's cold and gray around, when you most want spring or summer, the easiest way to remember them is to go to the greenhouse.

The Greenhouse tour is scheduled for the second half of March-April 2021.
Of course, during the performances, all the necessary safety rules, social distance and the like will be observed.
